Travel Packages will also include a reserved seat in the undercover Hill Grandstand. These are the best reserved seats in the house located on the upper level of the main grandstand with commanding views over the whole course and the finishing line. You receive the same seat for both race days or you can upgrade to hospitality aswell.

Save time and money with our Advance Purchase Deals by paying one upfront payment (average saving of $30 per person on most packages) or take advantage of our great Regular Rate deals with a 50% deposit to confirm your travel package and final balance due no later than the 31st August 2012. Single Supplement rates are additional to twin share prices if you are attending the 2012 Emirates Melbourne Cup as a solo traveller.

Pay a 50% deposit to secure your travel package and pay the remaining balance no later than the 31st August 2011 Marques and Grandstand Upgrades require full payment as well as flights and travel insurance (if required)
Simply complete the online booking enquiry form on our website and once received we will be in contact to confirm all of your travel requirements and discuss the best payment option to suit your best. We do not charge any booking fees apart from Domestic flights that incur a $25 service per person. In the case of amendments we charge $50 per amendment per file in addition to any charges by service providers. The amendment policy commences after you receive our final confirmation letter and invoice and you have made initial payment.
You will receive your tickets and itinerary 10-14 days before the event. If you do require a courier to deliver your ticket and documentation their will be a charge of $25.00 per consignment
We can arrange return flights from anywhere in Australia or New Zealand to get you to Melbourne for the Spring Racing Carnival. If you do require flights for your travel package (flights must be paid in full) please include this on your booking enquiry form or give us a call to discuss the best flight times to you best and airfare prices.
